Youth Options has developed a reputation for delivering high quality Outdoor Learning provision in the Eastleigh and Southampton areas. The aim of our provision is to engage, develop and empower children and young people to develop their social and emotional capabilities and improve their engagement with learning through nature-based activities.
As an Outdoor Learning Leader you will work as part of a team and individually to support, develop and engage children and young people to realise their abilities, aspirations and make a valuable contribution to their communities through Forest School and Outdoor Learning.
* Hours: Part time, permanent – 18 to 32 hours per week (worked over 5 days between 8.30 to 5.30pm)

About You
We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic individuals who are committed to making a difference to the lives of children and young people. You will need to be flexible, creative, and caring and have previous experience of working with young people.
