Job Title: Teaching Assistant Location: North West England, Cheshire, Poynton Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £89 - £99 Per day Job Duties: Supporting teachers in delivering educational programmes Assisting with classroom management and student supervision Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties Preparing classroom materials and resources Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Required Qualifications: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience: Prior experience working in a school or educational setting preferred Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Patience and empathy towards students Organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification First Aid certification Working Conditions: This role involves working in a school environment, supporting teachers and students. The Teaching Assistant may need to assist with classroom activities and student care throughout the school day. Full-time hours are expected with occasional additional responsibilities.
