The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role
The successful Assistant Construction Project Manager will join at an exciting time for the company, with a strong pipeline of projects over the next few years as well as impressive plans for expansion within the next 6-12 months.
Working across a diverse range of sectors, providing an interesting and varied workload such as Industrial, Hospitality, Education, Health, Public Sector, Leisure, Residential, Office & Retail schemes.
The new Assistant Project Manager will be exposed to a plethora of exciting projects across various sectors providing the perfect environment for development, training, and support with Chartership - ideal for those determined to sit their APC.
You will join a flexible and friendly working environment, offering autonomy as well as hybrid working and support with Chartership should it be needed.
The Assistant Construction Project Manager
The incoming Assistant Project Manager will be joining a flexible and friendly working environment, with fantastic support and professional development opportunities. Experience wise, you will have:
1. A RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Project Management)
2. Previous Project Management experience in a UK Construction Consultancy is highly desirable Work experience, internship, Trainee or Apprentice role etc.
3. Committed to achieving Chartership (APM, RICS, CIOB)
4. Construction experience on site is highly desirable
