Your role will be essential. One day a week, you'll be providing administration support to our Eating Disorder Service (TEDS) and on the other days you'll be supporting the wider CAMHS team, including the Getting More Help Teams. As you'll be working with specific teams on specific days, you'll not only have variety but you'll also be able to take ownership of specific tasks to really make a difference to the team you are supporting. If you don't have previous office experience, that's ok; we're looking for someone with a willingness to learn, an ability to multitask and someone who can pick up new ideas/processes quickly. Please just let us know in your application about your transferable skills Main duties of the job The main focus of this role is to provide direct administrative support to the whole of the multidisciplinary team. It's a varied job too; you'll be working with administrative and clinical staff to arrange appointments for the team of CAMHS staff, meeting and greeting our service users and their families as well as undertaking core administration activities to keep our service running smoothly. We'll need you to be calm, approachable and enjoy the opportunity to speak with our service users. You'll also need good skills in - or a willingness to learn - Excel, Word, Teams, taking phone calls, formatting and sending out letters to young people and families across the South West.
