We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Bristol, Glasgow or Leeds. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.
We have a new opportunity for an experienced Claims Advisor to join our teams in Glasgow, Leeds, or Bristol.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Investigating and processing insurance claims
* Communicating with clients, insurers, and stakeholders
* Assessing claims validity and ensuring timely settlements
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Providing exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
* Previous experience in insurance claims handling (preferred)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Attention to detail and high accuracy
* Proficiency in claims management software
Preferred:
* Knowledge of commercial claims
