We are seeking friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Gap Assistants to join our team from September 2025.
This one-year residential position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy, thriving prep school environment, working alongside our Heads of Games and Head of Boarding to support the delivery of our sports, co-curricular, and boarding programmes.

What are we looking for:
* Have experience in coaching any one or more of these sports: Rugby, Hockey, Netball, Cricket
* A genuine passion for supporting students' learning and development, alongside pastoral care
* Confident, reliable and have good interpersonal skills
* Have an ability to contribute to the schools wider-curricular programme.

Hours of Work:
This is a fixed-term contract from 27th August 2025 until 4th July 2026. The role requires you to work 40 hours per week during term time, following a rota that includes support throughout the school day, as well as responsibilities within the boarding house, including evenings and weekends.
