Title: Business Development Manager
Realistic OTE: £60-£70k per annum
Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be assisting our client, a leading telecoms provider, with the recruitment of a Business Development Manager to join the team.
This role is focused on business development, with opportunities to sell a variety of services, including cloud and on-premise voice solutions, mobile services, and IT offerings like WiFi networks and SD-WAN. You’ll have the freedom to explore new markets without restrictions on territory or sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and close deals to meet sales targets.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.
* Sell across multiple product lines and markets.
* Negotiate terms with clients and manage accounts.
* Attend networking events and use social media for business development.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Criteria
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in IT or telecoms.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* Able to generate leads and close new opportunities.
