Mercona is looking for an experienced Product Administrator to join our company based in Cliddesden, Basingstoke .You will join us on a permanent part time basis (5 days per week, but flexible) and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 (FTE) excellent benefits including: performance bonus, 8% pension, life assurance, flexi working, medical insurance (after 1 year) and generous holiday. About the Product Administrator role: Due to continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Administrator working within our Suncare category. In the role, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Product Management team. As a Product Administrator, you will be handling various product-related tasks, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and assisting with the smooth execution of product-related processes. You will work closely with our internal teams at Mercona and our customers ensuring that processes, product data and samples are managed efficiently. Responsibilities as our Product Administrator will include: Product Range Administration – accuratelycompleting and managing documentation whilst maintaining up to date records relating to the product range Stock Management – Managing the data on customer stock management reports in line with weekly timepoints Data Entry & System Management – Inputting data using a SAP system, keeping records up to date on the packaging databases Artwork Proofing Process - Assist in managing the proofing process for artwork Sample Management - Document, log, and organise product samples for customers and track and distribute production and packaging samples Competitor Benchmarking - Purchase and benchmark competitor samples for meetings and analysis.
