Reporting to the Chief Executive, this new role, Vice Principal – Curriculum and Skills, will be the strategic lead responsible for ensuring Luminate’s provision is dynamic, responsive and relevant through collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders both regionally and nationally. You will lead on curriculum analysis across Luminate, addressing curriculum reform, whilst ensuring departments are prepared for external audits and inspections aligned to strategic goals. You will be responsible for Luminate’s stakeholder engagement strategy, building sustainable relationships and collaborative working partnerships, whilst taking accountability for the Apprenticeship Directorate and business engagement team.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced professional with the strategic capacity for problem solving with sound judgement and an incisive approach. With a proven track record in curriculum development, planning and performance analysis, you must demonstrate a clear ability to connect, collaborate and influence with a variety of stakeholders across a diverse and increasingly complex educational landscape. You must bring an analytical and inquisitive mindset with a proven track record for shaping, informing and interpreting regional and national skills agenda into deliverable provision, coupled with a profound understanding of the apprenticeship market and the evolving national skills agenda.
