Resourcing Group are recruiting a Site Manager or Retrofit Co-Coordinator for an exciting opportunity to work on Retrofit Planned Projects around South Wales.
This role has been created to manage Retrofit improvement projects around South Wales for an exciting Retrofit Specialist organisation based in the South West.
This will be a site-based role, travel between sites around South Wales will be required.
What you will be doing:
1. Oversee and manage all operations at the site, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
2. Develop and implement strategies to meet site goals and objectives.
3. Monitor and maintain site budgets, expenses, and resources.
4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
5. Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
6. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
7. Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients in a timely manner.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activities.
Salary and benefits:
1. Generous basic salary of 40,000 Per annum with a 4,200 Car allowance/Fuel Card & Package.

What we are looking for:
1. SSSTS.
2. First Aid.
3. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction sector.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5. Excellent organizational and time management ability.
6. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
7. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
8. Proficient in using computer software and applications related to site management.
