As part of ambitious growth plans my client is looking to recruit an Administrator to support their Electrical Division to ensure that all processes and standards are met both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and assisting with IT issues. Maintain organised records of documents and project files. Assist with tender packages. Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and site visits. Coordinate with team members and external parties for project updates and meetings. Act as a point of contact for subcontractors, including compliance documentation and assist with the collation of timesheets. Communication: Draft emails, letters, and other documents as required by the team. Communicate with external suppliers, clients, and staff via phone and email.
