Keen and ambitious Health, Safety & Wellbeing Coordinator required to join a leading Tier 1 Contractor based on the South Coast. Responsibilities
1. Manage compliance throughout the Health & Safety team.
2. Regularly liaise with the Health & Safety team, providing support to site teams from tender stage through until after care.
3. Inform and keep up to date with legislation changes and industry best practices.
4. Produce wellbeing material & initiatives and seminars to ensure wellbeing is promoted in the workplace.
5. Lead the administration and systems for the Health & Safety team, ensuring company procedures and best practices are followed in an organised and efficient manner.
Qualifications
Key attributes will include excellent communication skills both written and verbal, experience within the construction industry is preferable, knowledge of health and safety legal standards and practices, high standards, attention to detail, and determination.
