Key Responsibilities: Provide mentorship, training, and long-term development to the finance team Offer expert guidance on complex financial queries, including payroll, payments, cash book, and journals Review and improve financial controls while identifying and implementing operational efficiency Manage all aspects of financial accounting to trial balance, including preparation of accruals and prepayments.
