Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement best practices to optimize patient services and staff productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings to assess performance, discuss challenges, and establish goals.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional development.
Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Evaluate team performance through regular assessments and implement training programs as needed.
Collaborate with department heads to align team objectives with organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire team members.
Proven ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse individuals, both verbally and in writing.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £29.29
Location: Hereford, Herefordshire
