Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher with the delivery of lessons. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs. Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment. Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where / if required. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to class teacher where necessary. About You: Experience working with children, ideally in a school or educational setting. Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. A commitment to helping students of all abilities thrive.
