Job Description
Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 full-service law firm which is growing fast. They are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Wealth & Inheritance department.
Duties include:
1. Providing full secretarial support including digital dictation systems.
2. General team administration tasks including photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning.
3. Meeting and greeting clients.
4. Arranging meetings.
5. Opening files and dealing with all aspects of anti-money laundering, archiving, and Will storage.
6. Witness Will signing and dealing with LPA's.
7. Dealing with billing and accounts administration.
Experience required:
1. At least 2 years of Legal Secretary experience, ideally in the Private Client department with knowledge of Private Wealth and Inheritance matters.
2. Data entry skills are essential with good attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of using a case management system.

3. Salary depending on experience £25,000 - £30,000.
