Step Teachers are seeking an experienced Secondary School Teacher located in Thetford commencing in February 2025. This full-time position is for 4 days initially, with potential extension based on performance and school discretion.

Your duties as a Secondary School Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
* Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support for improvement.
* Manage student behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues across subjects to deliver cross-curricular learning and support student development.
* Participate in the development and review of the school’s curriculum and teaching resources.
* Support students’ personal development, well-being, and academic achievement.
* Contribute to school extracurricular activities, clubs, and events where appropriate.
To be considered for this Secondary School Teacher position, you will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Possess strong knowledge of the secondary school curriculum (Key Stage 3/4/5).
* Have the ability to deliver high-quality teaching that meets the diverse needs of students.
* Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
* Demonstrate a passion for being a Secondary School Teacher and a commitment to students’ academic and personal growth.
