Lead Marketing Specialist - About The Role
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the brand's growth by executing marketing strategies that showcase their advanced vehicle technologies. As a Lead Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the company’s products, managing content, and driving customer engagement. You will also support their sister company's marketing efforts, ensuring a unified approach across the brand.
Your key responsibilities will be:
1. Align product marketing activities with overall brand positioning and business objectives.
2. Plan and execute customer campaigns to promote our technology, sustain awareness, and drive adoption.
3. Develop and manage compelling content for current and prospective customers, including case studies, webinars, and digital assets.
4. Oversee the global conference calendar and manage speaker content production.
5. Measure and report on marketing activities' outcomes and ROI.
6. Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define target audiences.
7. Coordinate promotional activities, events, and interviews.
8. Manage multimedia content production and website maintenance.
The successful Lead Marketing Specialist will have/be:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role, with a proven track record of delivering on commitments.
2. Project-based marketing experience is highly advantageous.
3. Results-oriented and self-motivated with strong written and oral communication skills.
4. Collaborative experience working with remote teams across different geographies.
5. Proactive management of content, events, and media.
6. Strong social media and digital skills.
7. Ability to adapt to change and incorporate new insights and ideas.
8. Strong motivation and energy to see projects through to completion.
9. Significant experience in product marketing for B2B technology or automotive products.
10. Proven success in creating marketing plans for diverse geographic regions and languages.
