If you're passionate about education and supporting students of all abilities, we want to hear from you Key Requirements: Must be able to drive and be willing to travel to schools across the RCT area. Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in a variety of settings. Ability to support students with diverse needs, including those in special needs bases, mainstream classrooms, and on a 1-2-1 basis. A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting students and teachers in different educational environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families. Key Responsibilities: Support students with their learning in a variety of settings, adapting to their individual needs. Work closely with teachers and other support staff to implement effective learning strategies. Provide 1-2-1 support for students who require additional assistance.
