We are inviting applications from existing UK Fire & Rescue Services to join us in our mission to ensure everyone is safe and feels safe in North Yorkshire.

What do we need from you?
You’ll need to be an existing Competent Firefighter from a UK Fire & Rescue Service. Applicants will have no current capability issues related to competence and have no formal disciplinary warnings throughout the entire process.

Please note we are accepting applicants to cover the whole of North Yorkshire and not specific locations. Our stations include Northallerton, Harrogate, York, Malton, Richmond, Ripon, Selby, Tadcaster, Whitby.

Eligibility
Driving License: All applicants must have a Full UK Driving License.
Swimming Ability: Applicants should be able to swim 100m unaided and tread water for 30 seconds.
