This role requires someone with a deep understanding of CGI, interactive media, and storytelling, who can drive artistic direction, innovation, and execution across multiple projects. Roles & Responsibilities Creative Leadership Lead creative direction on projects, ensuring ambitious and visually compelling outcomes. Own and drive the vision for each project, from pitch to final execution. Interpret client briefs and develop strategic creative solutions. Maintain the highest level of creative excellence across films, CGIs, and immersive content. Oversee production workflows and ensure seamless execution. Team Management Collaborate with the Resource Manager to assign projects and manage workload distribution. Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and skill enhancement. Support recruitment and onboarding of new talent. Manage freelance and outsourced resources as needed. New Business & Business Development Lead pitches and presentations for interactive solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Develop new business opportunities and drive creative proposals. Assist in scoping innovative projects alongside the Creative Director. Live Projects & Delivery Oversee project execution, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Maintain team efficiency and resource allocation. Engage in live project workshops and client interactions. Support consultancy-level billing through expert advisory roles. Product & Process Innovation Collaborate on product development and solution packaging. Innovate studio workflows and automate processes. Ensure technical accuracy, best practices, and risk management. Essential Skills & Experience ? Expertise in Unreal Engine for high-quality visualization.?
