Due to continued growth, our client, a leading Construction Consultancy, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Office Manager to join their vibrant Manchester office. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 5+ years of experience in a commercial setting. The ideal candidate will be based locally and have a background in a similar administrative role.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures.\nManaging phone and email enquiries.\nSupporting office events, local marketing, and social calendar management.\nMaintaining records, CRM systems, and HR systems (experience with Unit4 is beneficial).\nScheduling and attending meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.\nOrganising travel and accommodation for staff.\nDiary management and coordination across teams.\nLiaising with internal departments and external contacts.\nOrdering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.\nHandling incoming and outgoing post.\nOrganising and storing paperwork, documents, and digital records.\nLeading CSR, cultural, and team-building initiatives.\nOccasionally providing administrative support to other UK offices as needed.\nAssisting with financial reporting, invoicing, and purchase order management.\nSkills & Experience Required\nExperience in Professional Services, Consulting, Construction, Property, or Engineering administration is highly desirable.\nStrong organisational skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.\nWhy Join?\nOur client offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with a strong focus on employee well-being, career progression, and sustainability.
