A position has arisen for an Administrator within a leading organisation based in Oldham.
This is a temporary contract for a minimum of 3 months.
Your duties will include:
* Raise repair and maintenance work onto the system.
* Monitor and respond to emails.
* Raise and complete Purchase Orders.
* Track repairs orders.
* Liaise with in-house repairs teams.
* Accurately update and maintain CRM.
Essential requirements:
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong customer service and organisational skills.
* Attention to detail with administration.
