On behalf of our client, a diversified business group specializing in commercial real estate leasing, shopping mall management, logistics, and warehousing, we are seeking a Secretary to serve as the Executive Assistant to the Group Chairman, supporting all corporate and personal matters.
Job Responsibilities:
* Be the executive assistant to the Group Chairman's attending to all corporate and personal matters.
* Assist to arrange daily scheduling, meeting schedule, agenda, meeting minutes, travel arrangement, personal matters, and etc.
* Travel with Chairman for business trips and arrange all related matters.
* Handle business correspondence, reports, confidential documents as required.
Job Requirement:
* UK citizens, Hong Kong residents or Mainland Chinese with UK work permit.
* Reputable university graduate in any disciplines.
* 3 years or above relevant work experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
* Able to work independently in a fast pace environment.
* Be honest, patient, detail-minded, well-organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
* Flexibility to work overtime and able to travel frequently.
