Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' learning Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their learning experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a SEN Tutor or in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Excellent understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support students with SEN Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in Special Education or SEN support Experience using assistive technology to support student learning Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a school or educational setting Potential travel to student homes or other locations All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
