Receptionist Responsibilities:
* Provide first-class receptionist services, welcoming all guests on arrival and providing directions
* Notify internal departments on the arrival of visitors, ensuring guests are checked in and out
* Operate the switchboard, receiving and directing calls as appropriate
* Act as the first point of contact, handling all general telephone and in-person enquiries
* Support with all day-to-day administration tasks, as required
* Handle all administration tasks relating to the pool car and memorabilia bookings
* Manage the email inbox and incoming post, directing and acknowledging messages and forwarding to the appropriate department
* Maintain the internal database of employees, ensuring all details are up-to-date
* Meet and greet all VIPs, players and hospitality customers on match days
Receptionist Skills and Experience:
* Prior experience gained in a bustling Receptionist role with strong administration skills and the ability to work autonomously
* Polite and professional in your approach, able to quickly resolve challenges and forge lasting relationships that deliver a memorable experience
* Superb communication skills, confident liaising at all levels and can articulate yourself clearly and concisely
* Good organisation skills, able to effectively prioritise a busy workload and remain calm under pressure
* IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office Packages, in particular Outlook, Teams and Word
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the venue's events
