As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients within the manufacturing sector. Your focus will be on lead generation, market research, and relationship building to create a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Research and target key decision-makers across industries that require manufacturing solutions.
* Qualify leads and set up meetings for the senior sales team.
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
* Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
* Meet and exceed KPI targets for lead conversion and pipeline growth.
