Our client is a large healthcare organisation looking for an Electrical Maintenance Manager with an Electrical Engineering background to supervise building operations and manage the safe operation and maintenance of electrical systems within a large site in the Keighley region.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage the operation of complex healthcare electrical systems and plant rooms, including power distribution boards and installations, high and low voltage maintenance, generator testing, fire alarm systems, PAT testing, emergency lighting, external lighting, and medical equipment.
2. Handle risk assessments and ensure compliance is maintained.
3. Manage a small team of engineers, including training and supervision of operational maintenance staff, recruitment, absences, and staff development performance.
4. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
5. Work closely with the Senior Operations Engineer on projects, supervision, and management of building operations.
6. Work flexible hours and be available on call for escalation.
Ideal Candidate Experience:
1. Hold relevant technical qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Building Services, e.g., HND/HNC Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering (Essential).
2. Have a strong Electrical Engineering background within a facilities management environment (Essential).
3. Possess strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, ideally with relevant qualifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH (Preferred).
4. Have previous experience working within a large commercial building, ideally in a healthcare environment, and knowledge of BMS systems (Preferred).
5. Exhibit excellent people management skills; previous roles could include team leader, supervisor, or manager.
Role Benefits:
1. Salary around £41,000 per annum.
2. 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
3. 26 days + Bank holidays.
4. Basic pension.
