Turbine Repair Technologies Ltd (TRT Ltd) are excited to be looking for a Health, Safety and Environment Administrator to join our team.
TRT Ltd is an Aerospace Component Repair business; a joint venture owned by Rolls-Royce Plc and Chromalloy UK. TRT Specialise in complex inspection, repair and overhaul of civil, military, and industrial gas turbine components. TRT’s customer base is truly global including large OEM’s, Engine Overhaul Bases, Airlines, and Parts Traders.
This role is being offered to cover maternity leave and would suit someone who is looking to gain more experience in a Health, Safety and Environmental role. This role is being offered for approximately 10 months.

The primary responsibilities of the HSE Administrator role are:
* Assist the SHE team with administrative tasks.
* Assist with Risk/COSHH assessments.
* Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental training, including updating the training register, and keeping accurate records.
* Updating the near miss and accident register.
* Support with site audits/ EHS walks.
* Participate and support in accident and incident investigations.
* Liaise with the company's Occupational Health Provider; arrange health surveillance medicals and action findings.
* Communicate all relevant Safety, Health, and Environment information to internal and external stakeholders, including updating the HSE bulletin board.
* Ensure that the weekly fire alarm testing is carried out in both facilities.
* Check first aid supplies and ensure adequate stock is available.
* Check the company’s AED devices, ensuring that they are compliant and promote a positive safety culture.
* Arrange and steer the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Committee meetings.
* Other ad hoc duties.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, and ideally hold the IOSH managing safely qualification.
* Experienced in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
* Attention to detail.
* Well organised.
* Some Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge.
* Excellent oral and written communication and numeracy skills.
