Financial Controller - £80,000 - £90,000 + Superb Benefits – West Hertfordshire Area
You will be overseeing, developing and coaching a Finance Team and getting heavily involved in ensuring there is a robust structure to support commercial decision making.
As well as having a pragmatic, hands-on approach, you will need an inquisitive mindset that ensures you look beyond the numbers to challenge how to effectively use the information produced by the Finance Function. A proven ability to liaise with both finance and non-finance colleagues at all levels and demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen is essential for this opportunity.

Responsible for monthly management accounts for all revenue streams and across all international sites, with autonomy to put own stamp on reporting methods
Providing monthly/long-term P&L, cash flow and balance sheet forecasting and modelling
Implementing further improvements and structure within the finance team to support the businesses growth plans
