HR Manager | Leading Elderly Care Provider An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join a leading family-run care group as HR Manager, overseeing employee relations, culture development, and key HR functions across their care homes in the Home Counties. Responsibilities: Oversee and advise on employee relations across all care homes, providing guidance on disciplinary, grievance, and capability cases. Support home managers with complex ER cases, producing key documentation and ensuring compliance with employment law updates. Work closely with the Director of Organisational Culture to promote core company values and contribute to a positive, retention-focused work environment. Conduct regular staff check-ins, surveys, and feedback reports to drive improvements in employee engagement and well-being. Manage sponsorship responsibilities and support HR training initiatives. Ensure smooth collaboration across the People Team, reporting directly to the Head of People. Requirements: CIPD Level 5 qualification (essential), ideally with experience in the care sector. HR Manager experience within the elderly care sector. Strong background in employee relations, managing sensitive cases and ensuring legal compliance. Effective communicator and empathetic leader, capable of building positive relationships with managers and employees. Flexible to travel across care homes as needed (full UK driving licence required).
