Job Title: Customer Support Agent
Location: Redditch
Salary: £25,000 to £26,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Please note that this role includes shift patterns, requiring availability from 10am to 7pm 1-2 times per week, and working one Saturday out of four.

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering outstanding customer service support.
Day-to-Day Duties:
9. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
10. Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
11. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a courteous manner.
12. Maintain and update customer records as necessary.
13. Deliver excellent customer service across all communication channels.
14. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
15. Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies.
Experience Required:
16. Excellent telephone manner
17. Proven customer service experience
18. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
19. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
20. Previous office experience
