We are working with a corporate care home group, to recruit a Regional Operations Director to oversee a group of homes in the north, including Scotland.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in the care sector to join a well-established, forward-thinking organisation that is committed to delivering the highest standards of care.
The Role:
* Oversee a group of homes across the north of the UK, ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and commercial performance.
* Support and develop home managers, driving improvement and maintaining high standards of care.
* Take a strategic role, ensuring occupancy, financial targets, and regulatory requirements are met and exceeded.
* Drive business strategy in line with the company’s growth ambitions.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, regulators, and local communities.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Regional Director, or similar senior role within the care home sector.
* Strong understanding of care regulations and best practices in Scotland.
* A track record of successfully improving financial performance and quality ratings.
* Inspirational leadership with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
* A commercially focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
