Responsibilities:
* Work alongside directors to monitor and coordinate practice finances.
* Keep directors informed on all financial matters.
* Ensure all accounting communications comply with data protection, risk management, and SAR regulations.
* Uphold policies, procedures, and legal/compliance requirements about personal conduct, confidentiality, and client care.
Personal Specification:
* Possess AAT Level 3.
* Demonstrate financial/accounting skills including cash flow monitoring, reconciliation, and credit management.
* Have experience in payroll processing.
* Display forward-thinking and proactive attitudes.
* Exhibit enthusiasm in responding to opportunities.
* Possess a sound working knowledge of SRA/SAR and HMRC requirements.
* Show proficiency in implementing and developing systems.
* Demonstrate experience in financial risk management.
* Understand financial management within the legal sector.
