You will be a catalyst, translating the business requirements into an implementation roadmap for Siemens Energy's future Employee Experience platform Service Now. Your focus will be on defining global principles, a product strategy and standards for our global Document Management Solution, Content and Knowledge Management solution and the HR Service Delivery module of Service Now. You will drive the global implementation of Service Now as part of Siemens Energy's HR transformation project and interact with our internal and external partners.,
* A major player in our global HR transformation project as part of a wider HR transformation program
* Work with IT Service Now owner to ensure standard process agile methodology is followed by internal and external collaborators
* Ensure a collaborative working approach with different technology vendors and team members
* Apply an employee experience first approach to decision making both within the workstream and outside of the workstream
* Define product vision, roadmap, and implementation opportunities in alignment with the IT Service Owner, to plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
* Lead the flow across current set up and future state as part of Siemens Energy HR transformation program, in close alignment with the Global Process Owners, and other Product Owners
* Drive the solutioning for Enterprise Document Management and HR Service Delivery modules in Service Now for the needs of Siemens Energy
* Manage data feeds from Service Now system to upstream / downstream applications, such as WorkDay, SnapLogic and other global applications
* Find opportunities for improvement (workflows) to ensure global standard and efficient operational delivery as well as system landscape consolidation
* Develop and communicate vision and direction to the ServiceNow administrators and collaborators
* Prioritize defects and enhancement requests to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
* Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful implementation of upgrades, enhancements, and integrations including ongoing oversight of testing approaches required
* Lead and be responsible for the delivery of new features, functionality, and upgrades
* Act as a local subject matter expert for questions and additional product support, In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function - HR Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mentality. Our team is responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget alignment of HR Systems & Services, ensuring, and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. Master's degree in information technology, business administration, finance, or a related field
* Long-term relevant experience in project and/or program management or product ownership
* Convincing personality and experience in managing senior stakeholder groups successfully
* 3-5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow modules and features
* Experience leading Product Demos, and End User Education
* Experience in governing upgrade releases and manage testing
* Experience of redesigning workflows for onboarding and offboarding processes
* Ability to coordinate and manage implementation partner activities
* Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement attitude
* Self-directed with an ability to organize, plan, prioritize
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
* Certified in agile methodology or demonstrated previous experience in agile
* Optional ServiceNow Certified Administrator
* Fluency in English, German is a plus
