The school uses Applied Behaviour Analysis methodologies to help pupils develop communication, social, and academic skills. Staff work closely with therapists and families to create personalised learning plans, ensuring every child can thrive. As an ABA Tutor, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to deliver 1:1 and small group interventions based on ABA principles. No prior ABA experience is required – just a willingness to learn, a patient approach, and a passion for supporting autistic learners. Responsibilities ✅ Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups using ABA strategies Implement individualised learning plans set by teachers and therapists Encourage independence, communication, and social skills Track pupil progress using data collection methods Work collaboratively with teachers, speech and language therapists, OTs, and parents Foster a positive and structured learning environment Requirements Experience working with children (SEN experience is a bonus but not essential) A proactive, patient, and caring approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and implement ABA/VB strategies (training provided) Right to Work in the UK and a DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Ready to Make a Difference?
