Macgregor Black are partnering with a food manufacturing company on the search for a Retail Account Manager. This is a permanent role based in Suffolk.
As Retail Account manager you will work with one of the brand’s largest customers, creating and delivering a business plan across categories, with full P&L responsibility. You work closely with your customer, as a key priority to maximize the brand profile, using category analytics and strong financial understanding to develop costing plans.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage day to day commercial contact for your retail customer
* Full P&L responsibility for your specific categories
* Accurate data analysis across costings, insights and category knowledge
* Develop customer relationships using category management, commercial acumen and understanding on analytics for selling stories
* Understand the customer business planning to work cross functionally with internal teams to manage customer demand
What are we looking for?
* Degree educated
* Experience in a similar role working with key retail customers, with P&L responsibility
* Knowledge of logistics, supply chain and category management
* Understanding of financial accounts
* Ability to use data analytically to develop the sales story
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Salary – Circa £80K + Bonus + Package
