We are recruiting for a Maintenance Facilities Administrator to work at our Manufacturing site in Parrott Street. The candidate will work 5 days per week from Monday – Friday 07:00-15:30 Main Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurately recorded Attending Maintenance meetings as a note taker Schedule and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance tasks, liaising with internal teams and external contractors Manage inventory of uniform, PPE, stationary supply Monitor plant and equipment maintenance schedules, updating records and arranging for servicing as required Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Process maintenance requests and maintain the maintenance management system Generate reports and analyse maintenance data to support operational decision-making About You Desired skills & knowledge: Previous experience as Administrator, ideally within a plant or industrial setting Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving About The Company Wren Kitchens are not onlypassionate about kitchens, but we are also passionate about our peopleWe have achieved incredible milestones over the years; opening over 100showrooms, launching in the USA, and winning multiple awards includingthe UK’s Number 1 place to work This is thanks to our team, theWren family, who have inspired us to push limits and make a difference.With our exponential growth, we are looking for incredible individualsto join us and continue our success story
