THE ROLE
We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor who will be responsible for supporting the HR Director & Assistant HR Director in the delivery of change programmes, restructuring and case management across the schools in the Trust. Do you have experience working in a generalist HR role?
Are you CIPD Level 5 Qualified or working towards this level?
Do you hold a full driving license enabling you to travel to some of our schools?
Have you got experience in managing people?
Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast paced and rewarding sector?
Can you quickly build strong relationships?

ABOUT US The Sapientia Education Trust (SET) was established in 2016 with the purpose of bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to deliver a world class education to pupils in Norfolk and Suffolk.
