Role Purpose: Support the Project Team in the dynamic and technical execution of a diverse range of Systems Integration contracts, ensuring safe, on-time delivery. Take charge of coordinating and managing daily site operations, leading the installation and commissioning processes, and overseeing the engineering team alongside subcontractors. Drive the successful deployment of cutting-edge security systems, delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. Ensure all work aligns with the company's high standards and adheres to relevant British Standards, guaranteeing top-tier performance and safety at every stage of the project. This role is based in Scotland. Role Responsibilities: Execute installations efficiently, ensuring adherence to contract budgets and timelines. Coordinate daily site activities, managing internal and external interfaces and subcontractor resources to ensure seamless progress. Build and maintain strong client relationships by liaising regularly and attending site meetings to keep them informed and satisfied. Collaborate closely with subcontractors on daily activities, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality execution. Prepare and submit precise project reports as directed by the Project Manager, keeping stakeholders informed of progress. Complete all required paperwork with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely submission and compliance. Provide exceptional customer service at all times, going above and beyond to exceed expectations. Maintain clear and effective communication with the Project Manager and Supervisor, ensuring alignment and smooth project delivery. Qualifications and Experience: Understanding Security, access control and IP CCTV security disciplines, integrated and standalone solutions. Working knowledge of CDM regulations on projects would be an advantage Experience in working both independently and in a team-orientated environment Experience/knowledge of networks, network architectures and client server topologies would be advantageous Relevant qualification/experience in the electronic security industry Experience of working in a Project orientated environment Current full driving license Preferred equipment knowledge : DS – Galaxy, Pyronix and Texecom. Access – NEDAP, Paxton and PAC. IP CCTV – AXIS, PELCO, BOSCH and HANWHA. VMS – Geutebreuk, Milestone, Cortech and Indigo Vision. Intercoms – Zenitel, Commend and BPT.
