Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Client Reporting Analyst to join us in our Hove office on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for delivering client and fund reporting services across our UK and international client base in a range of different products.
What you'll be doing:
1. Delivering client and fund regulatory reporting services across global mandates and client bases. This role sits within a team tasked with providing first class client service, consolidating regulatory reporting activities through the production of a diverse suite of reports covering the full range of LGIM’s investment capabilities and platforms.
2. Adding value to the Client Service package to deliver strong service to our Institutional, International, Retail and Internal group clients. Deliverables include UK client regulatory reporting; Europe, Middle East & Asia client regulatory reporting; Fund regulatory reporting; Ad-hoc based requests/regular tasks.
3. Owning, collating and timely delivering data to clients, consultants, and research and fund platforms.
4. Working with areas of expertise around the business to project manage ad-hoc queries, data requests and client change, through to completion in line with client expectations.
5. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders for the benefit of ensuring provision of first class client service.
6. Developing and maintaining an understanding of new and existing regulatory requirements across the various jurisdictions (e.g.: UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia) and the impact on regulatory reporting from LGIM.
7. Adhering to and reviewing procedures, controls and processes, updating process documentation and completing controls and error logs where required, looking after our clients' best interests whilst looking to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
1. An understanding of the Investment Management industry.
2. Previous experience in production of Reporting outputs to various stakeholders, internally or externally (not necessarily in the Investment Management industry).
3. A track record of dealing with external and internal clients, building significant relationships with contacts up to and including senior levels.
4. Significant attention to detail and able to demonstrate high levels of accuracy and thoroughness. (Examples to be discussed in potential interviews).
5. Strong workflow management experience.
6. Proficient IT skills, primarily with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
