About this role and you: We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Growth Executive to support our internal Performance Marketing team in delivering exceptional results across Meta, Google, and Affiliate advertising. This role will be hands-on, providing essential support in campaign execution, affiliate management, and performance tracking. About your key responsibilities: Day-to-day management of our Affiliate Marketing programme, building relationships with partners and optimising performance. Supporting the Meta and Google Ads campaigns, assisting with ad setup, reporting, and optimisation. Assisting in the creation and testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages. Monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing insights to improve efficiency. Conducting competitor research and identifying new opportunities for growth. Supporting budget tracking and ensuring spend is aligned with targets. Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to the team. About your skills and knowledge: This position would suit a proactive and analytical individual who is eager to develop a career in digital marketing and paid media. A strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising. Some knowledge or experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Affiliate Marketing is a plus. Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and campaign performance metrics. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. A self-starter with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
