Teaching Personnel are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of partnered schools in King's Lynn. They are looking for educators to join them on a full time basis, Monday - Friday, during term time.
Upon a successful probationary period of 20 working weeks, the school would take applicants on permanently. The role is to begin as soon as possible, from January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff to enhance student well-being and academic progress
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience working with children or adults with additional needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Relevant qualifications or training in special education (preferred but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
