They are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join the team.

Main Responsibilities
Work closely with Customer Services Team
Providing quality inbound and outbound telephone and email support
Respond quickly and positively to client communications
Managing customer queries
Processing orders, returns and exchanges via email and telephone
Working with the Operations Team to improve customer experience
Invoicing and quoting from engineer reports
Processing of sales and purchase invoices
Planning/scheduling maintenance and reactive works.

Knowledge and Experiences
2 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven ability to work accurately and to deadlines
Work independently
To be able to liaise effectively between colleagues and external parties
Five or more GCSEs including maths and English to a minimum of ‘C’ level
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
