We have an exciting opportunity in Norwich for a Clinical Administrator
Location: Norwich
Team: Clinical Administration Team
Hours: Part Time, 30 hrs per week
Full Time Salary: £23,497.50 to £24,466.99 depending on experience (Based on full time hours, Pro rata for part time)
Responsibilities
About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you'll be part of the Norfolk Change Grow Live, located in the Norwich Office. Your responsibilities include producing, recording, and distributing prescriptions to local pharmacies. Working with a multi-disciplinary team, you'll provide high-quality support to Doctors, Non-Medical Prescribers (NMPs), Locality Leads, Team Leaders, and Recovery Workers. Your role involves maintaining local data systems, generating prescriptions, and offering valuable advice and support to pharmacy colleagues.
Prescription Process Management:
* Process batch printing and posting of all prescriptions.
* Collaborate closely with pharmacies across the Norfolk area to ensure efficient prescription handling.
Locality Project Support and Building Management:
* Offer support to the Locality Project Administrators during times of sickness or annual leave.
* Handle service-wide building management issues, including ad-hoc requests.
* Provide practical assistance to the Senior Administrator, Project Administrators, Locality Leads, Team Leaders, and Clinical Staff.
* Offer enhanced support and liaison for all Pharmacy-based workers.
