The Team The Technical Services team at Duetto is vital in managing the technical aspects of the customer journey. Our responsibilities include: Technical Onboarding: Guiding new customers through the setup and integration of our systems. Data Quality Certification: Ensuring that the data ingested accurately reflects the data sent by the property management system and meets our quality standards. Post-Live Implementations: Assisting existing customers with planned tech changes or transitions resulting from M&A activity Technical Support: Providing ongoing assistance and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of our solutions. The Role The Director will lead a team of six Implementation professionals who serve customers with new CRS Integrations, PMS Migrations, and Company Migrations. This role requires a blend of project management expertise, client interaction, and leadership skills. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure successful implementations and will be instrumental in optimizing our processes and customer experiences. Your Responsibilities Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Lead and manage implementation projects, including CRS Integrations, PMS Migrations, and Company Migrations. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project outcomes. Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor and manage project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status. Oversee the development and implementation of best practices and processes for project management. Work with customers to understand their needs and ensure that solutions are tailored to their requirements. Required Experience A bachelor’s degree with 8 years of post-degree experience. 2 years of experience in enterprise-level project management engagements. 4 years managing customer-facing technical implementations. 5 years leading teams of 6 to 20 employees. Enthusiastic and creative leadership with the ability to inspire others. Proven ability to solve complex problems with exceptional analytical skills. Experience in crafting customer-facing documentation and internal SOPs. Strong relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers. Proficient in articulating technical concepts to a mixed audience. Experience leading cross-functional collaboration Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with superior attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure situations. Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment. Preferred Experience Hospitality or Hotel Technology experience. Revenue analysis, management, or strategy experience. Experience troubleshooting integrations.
