What You Will Do
To provide a comprehensive Portering / Grounds Maintenance / Waste Management Service within University Hospital Crosshouse.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
You will have good communication, verbal or otherwise, and practical skills and have the ability to operate a wide range of vehicles and mechanical & moving aids.
The Post Holder Will Require The Following Skills/Qualifications
* Full Current Driving License (essential)
* High level of mobility and stamina
* IT computer literate
* Good Communication
* Ability to comply with Departmental Procedures within a very large department
* Ability to work individually and in a team setting
* Ability to complete work schedule within designated timescale
* Waste Management Policy Regulations
Hours: This is a bank post, working as and when required. The Post requires very flexible availability over 7 days per week, 24 hours a day, and the role will cover all aspects of Portering duties with a focus on weekend and evening availability.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership
Full Car Driving licence is essential to this role and you must evidence this.
