The Herefordshire portfolio is made up of Berrington Hall, Brockhampton, Croft Castle, The Weir Garden and 7 open access countryside places. As well as the visitor operation there are a number of exciting projects underway around audiences, gardens, play and accessibility to explore, providing opportunities to learn more about the development and design of core visitor experience.There are a variety of projects you'll be directly involved in with the development of a new flower garden, the creation of large scale wildlife habitats and many partner-led programming projects along with developments to improve accessibility across all places.You'll be responsible for directly leading on the delivery and development portfolio wide experience programmes, strategic marketing delivery, creative partnership development and growing support through membership retention.
