What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 support to children with diverse learning needs in a resource area, outside of the traditional classroom environment.
Implement effective behavioral management strategies to support pupils in developing their social and emotional skills.
Collaborate with teachers to create personalized learning experiences that cater to individual needs.
Foster a positive, nurturing atmosphere where every child feels valued and understood.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children with special educational needs, with a strong background in behavioral management.
A solid understanding of various SEN needs and strategies to support learning and behavior.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
