Overall Mission The mission of the Operations Warehouse Coordinator role is to oversee/carry out all warehouse activities including operating the X-ray machine to screen cargo and complete the accompanying documentation, fulfill orders in a timely manner and keep all inventory, equipment and supplies organized. This person will handle all fulfillment, receiving, and inventory management including fulfilling and shipping orders, receiving and stocking incoming shipments and returns, organizing warehouse stock based on product life cycles and maintaining inventory counts. This role reports to the Cold Chain Site Manager Main Contribution Inventory management - working with your team to maintain warehouse/temperature-controlled stock levels Perform daily cycle counts and research discrepancies Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution Maintain clean work areas to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean Verify product received against receiving documents; note and report discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment) Able to work in a climate-controlled facility X-ray freight and adhere to strict compliance regulations regarding X-rayed freight Maintain 6x6 training to stay compliant Handle SPX cargo, adhering to strict compliance regulations regarding SPX cargo Preparation of cold chain stock Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting GDP distribution standards Ensure that the security of the warehouses access-controlled areas are upheld Work hours: Monday- Friday 1pm to 10.00pm Profile (experience/ Education) Warehouse or distribution experience preferred, 1 year or less Forklift experience preferred Previous experience with X-raying freight Air exports experience within a regulated warehouse environment Valid Driver’s License required Proficient verbal and written English, essential Specific experience and knowledge required Keen attention to detail Computer and software proficiency required to successfully navigate the company’s fulfillment, receiving, and order processing ERP system.
